Summary
Voiceping is a real-time translation tool at it's new version. Users are able to make business meetings, multi-language events or can useuse the spaces that built fo online-teams.
I have had joined to voiceping team as a web designer to create their v.1 landing page. As the times went I have created other elements and my working time increased. I have helped to design some of the app elements.
Recently Voiceping went to renewal and decided to change their direction from the first place they have started.

Challenges
One of the first challenge back in the time when I worked with Voiceping was definitely to designing Japanese side of the webpages. I had to work extra hours to extract to information and implement them.
Another challenge was to work with an international team. Most of the people were on a different time-zone but eventually I was adapted and make the best of the experience.
Working with different developers was a bit of a challenge at first but after a week or so it became much better.
